1. What distinguishes the Electronic GameCard company?
EGC is in the rewards based games industry, sometimes known as the numbers game. One of the fastest growing markets in the world today, assisted by rapidly changing delivery technologies. EGC's GameCard gaming products have global reach through its relationship with Scientific Games, the world's largest lottery provider through whom EGC is well positioned to tap into target markets in excess of $100 billion. EGC is effectively a new technology company with proprietary products in a currently highly fashionable area of investment.

The company's uniqueness stems from the fact that there are no other manufacturers of electronic GameCards - having world wide patents pending on its GameCard manufacturing process and the technology incorporated in the GameCard product. EGC's technology design and quality control enables the company to manufacture cost effective efficient products in volume with the highest levels of security for lottery and casino usage.

4. Which markets has EGC been successful in?
EGC successfully launched the GameCard in the Iowa State Lottery Spring 2005 and is scheduled to launch its product in the Kansas State in 2006.

Statements by Iowa State Lottery Authority CEO and leading innovator in the US lottery business, Dr. Ed Stanek can attest to EGC's success:

“Research following the pilot of the Electronic Quarter Play™ showed that the Electronic GameCards are developing exactly what today's customer is looking for: fun, interactive, extended games. This research, combined with rapid sales of the product leads us to be truly excited by the potential of electronic GameCards in the local market. We believe they represent a significant new revenue opportunity for the Iowa Lottery.”
