Electronic Game Card, Inc [EGC] is a business to business [B2B] company whose purpose is to distribute EGC's reward based digital games to consumers by use of various electronic platforms. These include television, the internet, cell phones, pocket GameCards and other forms of distribution.

EGC invests in and builds partnerships with companies who operate or own distribution systems and software that can deliver EGC digital games to customers.

EGC owns and manufactures Electronic GameCards for sale to lotteries, gaming distributors and operators; and to agencies and major brands for sales promotions and advertising use. EGC has international patent applications for its proprietary GameCard products.

EGC has offices situated in New York, Las Vegas and London and successfully completed a $6.8 million dollar fund raising in February, 2004 when it obtained a stock market listing in New York to enable a market in its shares. (OTCBB EGMI)
